Day 01: Arrival Delhi

As part of your Golden Triangle Varanasi Tour, arrive at Delhi airport and meet with our representatives followed by transfer to the hotel. Dinner & overnight at the hotel

Day 02: Delhi - Sightseeing

After breakfast our set out to explore Delhi starting from Qutab Minar, one of the earliest remains of ancient Delhi built during the 13th century AD. Humayun's Tomb is another one of Delhi’s finest monument believed to be modeled after the Taj Mahal, as well as India Gate, one of the tallest single minarets in the country. Parliament House, President's House, Laxminarayan Temple and the Connaught Place are some other famous monuments worth visiting. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

After Breakfast drive to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and one of India’s most popular cities.

Jaipur: A vibrant and historical city with an arid landscape, barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls surrounding the landscape. Jaipur is a visual treat to the eyes and its strong cultural heritage is distinctly evident even today. The historical forts, artistic palaces and a colorful and cultural environment make it a visitor’s delight.

In the evening set out for an eventful excursion trip to Chokhi Dhani- an ethnic 5 star village resort. With a plethora of amusement options like the puppet shows, traditional song & dance program as well as arrangements for camel safari amidst the picturesque sand dunes, Chowki Dhani brings a typical Rajasthani culture alive for a memorable stay. Day 04: Jaipur

Full day sightseeing of Jaipur starting from the cities most frequented monument- the Amber Fort. Climb up to the fort on elephant back in royal style and witness the exquisite architecture & splendid design serving as a fine specimen of Rajput architecture. Then proceed towards Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Jantar Mantar (the astronomical observatory) and City Palace. Overnight stay at Jaipur hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur - Agra

After a leisurely breakfast, drive towards Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. The old deserted capital of Mughal emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri has historical monuments like Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan, Buland Darwaza etc. still in remarkably preserved state. Evening check in at Agra hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 06: Agra - Varanasi (Overnight train):

Morning after breakfast visit to Taj Mahal, the inimitable poem in white marble regarded as the finest expression of love ever created by men. Completed in 1653 AD, the imposing structure replete with priceless examples of craftsmanship dating back to Mughal period sprawls today on the banks of river Yamuna. The beautiful pearl Mosque built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD is also worth visiting.

Evening transfer to Agra railhead and board overnight train to Varanasi with dinner on-board.

Day 07: Varanasi

Morning arrival at Varanasi and transfer to the pre-booked hotel.

Varanasi: Also known as Kashi, this historical and ancient city is also the ultimate pilgrimage spot for Hindus. The oldest living city in the world, it is believed that one who dies and gets his last rites performed within its enchanting region would attain salvation and freedom from the cycle of birth and re-birth. The Holy River Ganges flowing alongside the city is believed to have the power to wash away the sins of mortals.

Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the Vishwanath Golden Temple, the abode of great God Shiva, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Durga Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Banaras Hindu University. Overnight stay at Varanasi hotel.

Day 08: Varanasi

Early morning take a boat cruise on river Ganges while witnessing numerous pilgrims bathing, worshipping and meditating along the famous Ghats. The boat trip will cover various popular ghats and the cremation sites. Post lunch proceed for a short excursion to Sarnath located around 7 km from the city. This place was graced by Lord Buddha who delivered his very first sermon more than 2500 years ago. Overnight stay at Varanasi.
